Residents are assigned one (1) parking space per lease holder. All resident vehicles must display a valid parking decal at all times. Visitor parking is available in designated marked spaces only, with a maximum stay of three (3) consecutive days. Reserved parking spaces are available to residents for an additional monthly fee. Unauthorized vehicles, vehicles without a valid decal, and vehicles exceeding visitor limits are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
